No physical shipping. the One Life is a digital app/service. Access is delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped.

Digital delivery : the One Life (IOS/Android)

  • Access method: via the One Life app (Apple App Store / Google Play) or via web login where applicable.
  • Activation: typically immediate after successful purchase and account verification.
  • Restore: previous in-app purchases can be restored on your device (Restore Purchases).

Fees & geography

  • Shipping fees: not applicable to digital services.
  • Availability: subject to store availability by country/region and applicable local regulations.
  • Taxes/VAT: included or applied at checkout according to store rules and local law.

Troubleshooting access

  • Update the app to the latest version; sign out/in.
  • Check device permissions (e.g., notifications) and network stability.
  • Use Restore Purchases for access issues.
  • Still stuck? Contact support@theonecollections.com with app version, device/OS, and a short description.

Refunds

Refunds for store purchases (Apple/Google) follow their policies. Web payments follow our Terms of Service. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.


If we introduce physical items in the future, shipping times, carriers, costs, tracking, customs/duties, and return instructions will be added to this page.
