The One Collections | the One Life

Welcome to the One Life, part of The One Collections. By downloading, installing, or using The One Life app (“App”) you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.

1. Definitions

  1. The One Life / App: the mobile application and platform provided by The One Collections.
  2. User: any natural person who installs or uses the App.
  3. Services: all features, content, modules, videos, texts, notifications, community spaces and other elements available in the App.

2. Access & Use

  1. Personal, non-commercial use only; limited, revocable, non-transferable licence.
  2. You guarantee the accuracy of your account details and keep your login private.
  3. You will not misuse the App (no unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing use).

3. Subscriptions, Purchases & Billing

  1. Some modules/features require payment via in-app purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play) or via our website (e.g. Shopify/Stripe/PayPal/iDEAL/credit card). Third-party terms and privacy policies apply to those payments.
  2. Auto-renewable subscription (Annual Journey – Community): free 7-day trial, then €297/year. The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage/cancel in Settings ▸ Apple ID/Google Play ▸ Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase.
  3. One-time purchase (Lifetime Journey): €397 as a non-consumable in-app purchase.
  4. Restore: you can restore prior purchases on your device via Restore Purchases.
  5. Billing: payment is charged to your store account at confirmation; renewal is charged within 24 hours before period end.
  6. Refunds: where a store processed the payment, refunds are handled under Apple/Google policies; for web payments, contact us (see Support). Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Third-party Services & Integrations

  1. Payments and certain operational flows (e.g. confirmation emails, gated access, automations) may be handled by third parties (e.g. Apple, Google, Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, iDEAL, Zapier). They process data on our behalf and/or under their own terms.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. All App content (texts, images, videos, audio, designs, trademarks, code) is owned by The One Collections or its licensors.
  2. You may not copy, distribute, modify, translate, publicly display, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Community & User Content

  1. Be respectful. No harassment, medical misinformation, hate speech, or sales spam.
  2. If you post content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display it in the App. You remain responsible for your content and for obtaining necessary rights.

7. Health & Safety (No Medical Advice)

  1. The App provides educational well-being content only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; it is not a medical device.
  2. Always consult your physician/oncology team for medical questions or changes to treatment, medication, or therapy.
  3. Emergency: if you experience alarming symptoms, call your local emergency number (NL: 112) or contact a healthcare professional immediately.

8. Termination & Account Deletion

  1. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
  2. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Liability

  1. We provide the Services with care but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or data loss.
  3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (e.g. for fraud or willful misconduct). Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Privacy

  1. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available in the App and on our website), including information on legal bases, retention, rights of access/erasure/objection, and contact details of our data controller.

11. Consumer Information (EU)

  1. If you purchase digital content/services that start immediately, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may not apply once delivery has begun, as permitted by applicable law. Store-specific rules (Apple/Google) may grant additional options.
  2. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

12. Changes

  1. We may update these Terms to reflect improvements, legal, or security reasons. We will notify you of material changes in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Venue

  1. Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in The Hague, Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
