the One is a movement. A journey into a new world.
It began in February 2015 with a breast cancer diagnosis that stopped everything. Six months later, in October, complete remission. These six months have changed the course of my life. A radical shift. A decision for health, for presence and for living fully.
From that moment on I rebuilt. Nutrition, movement, sleep, breath, connection. Every choice aligned with life. In 2020, love appeared. Deep, bright, transformative. For five years it carried me, until it ended in silence. From one day to the next.
In that silence, something surfaced that had always been there. A sense that life had to change again. The visions and strategies, the large international digital transformations. I could still do them, but they belonged at the sidelines this year. What grew stronger was what had lived underneath.
the One already existed. For a time, I placed it outside myself, in someone else, in love. But silence returned it to me to where it belongs. Not as a word for one person, but as a space for everyone. For life. For truth. For presence.
The pillars followed. Life first, a calling. A need to give back and to share my knowledge and experiences to the world. To return something to life.
The silence did not slow me down, it accelerated me. It stripped away the noise and brought me back to the only question that mattered:
WHAT IS MY PURPOSE IN LIFE?
